Disconnect Policy - 77JUDI Malaysia | Platform Rules

Disconnect Policy

This 77JUDI policy explains what happens if you lose your internet connection, get disconnected, your device crashes, or a technical problem occurs while you are playing. It applies to casino games, live dealer tables, sports and esports betting, lottery draws, fishing games, and instant-win titles.

Dropped connections are common because mobile data coverage can change, routers may reset, and apps might close unexpectedly. The sections below explain how each type of game handles an interrupted session, so you know if your bet is still valid.

What Happens During a Disconnection

Slot Games and RNG Games

If a spin or round is in progress, the game server decides the outcome, no matter what happens to your connection. What appears on your screen does not change the server’s result.

When you log back in, the result will be added to your MYR balance. Any unfinished bonus rounds, free spins, or fishing and instant-win games are saved on the server and will continue from where you left off. You do not need to place the same bet again for a round that already finished on the server.

Live Casino Games

Live tables follow a studio schedule and do not stop for individual players. If you disconnect during a round:

  • Bets confirmed before the drop stand. The hand or spin continues and settles under studio rules.
  • If no bet was confirmed, no stake is taken.
  • Auto-play or pre-set decisions apply only if the server had already accepted them before the connection dropped.

If you miss several rounds, only the rounds where you placed confirmed bets will affect your balance. You will not be charged for rounds where you did not bet.

Sports and Esports Betting

  • Bets that have a bet ID and confirmation are not affected by a disconnection. They remain valid at the odds you accepted.
  • If your bet was still being submitted and the server did not confirm it, the bet is not placed and no money is taken.
  • Cash-out requests only work if the system confirms them. If your cash-out is not confirmed, it will not be processed.

Live in-play odds can change quickly, especially during Premier League or Champions League games. When you reconnect, the odds may be different. If the line has changed too much, your pending bet may be rejected.

Lottery and Instant-Win Titles

Lottery entries are confirmed when the server registers them. If you disconnect before confirmation, your entry is not placed. Crash games like Aviator record the cash-out point on the server. If you did not press cash-out before disconnecting and the round ended, your stake will follow the game rules, not what was last shown on your screen.

How to Check After Reconnecting

  • Log in with your usual credentials
  • Check transaction history for recently settled or pending outcomes
  • Review active sports and esports bets for status
  • Contact support if a balance or settlement looks wrong
  • Do not place the same bet again to replace a previous one until you have checked your betting history.

Preventing Disconnections

Use Wi-Fi instead of mobile data for live dealer tables and in-play betting, since even a few seconds of delay can make a difference. Close background apps to free up bandwidth, and keep your device charged to avoid it shutting down during a game.

If your home network is not reliable, try using the mobile app on another connection. Sometimes, playing in a browser and using the app work differently on the same device. If one disconnects, try switching to the other.

Disputes Related to Disconnections

If a disconnection caused an incorrect result or a missing funds issue, contact support via any channel on the Contact Us page. Include:

  • Date and time in MYT (Malaysia Time)
  • Game name, table name, sports event, or lottery draw
  • Stake amount in MYR
  • Whether you were on the website or the app
  • Screenshots if available (helpful, not required)

Server logs are the official record for outcomes, bet acceptances, and cash-out confirmations. Reviews are based on these logs, not what was last shown on your device. For the quickest help, file disputes within 72 hours.
